Piquant, a full-service creative agency, are hiring at our Limerick based studio.

Office Administrator

Piquant is seeking a highly skilled and efficient and Office Administrator to join our creative team. Reporting to the company directors, you will ensure smooth operational practices for office administration initiatives and services. This position is available as either part-time or full-time.

Who We Are: Piquant is a full-service creative agency based in Limerick City. We are creative, curious and conscientious. We produce media, websites, brands, design and campaigns for NGO’s, educational institutions, government agencies, food producers, arts organisations, product inventors, retailers, the tourism industry and more.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Piquant team with office administration.

About the Position:The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to the business including office administration, book-keeping, and recruitment support. You will be part of an energised and passionate team of creatives who are dedicated to producing stunning concepts and creative for our clients.


  • Provide administration support to the management team.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Process invoices, purchase orders and orders.
  • HR support including the coordination of talent on-boarding, scheduling of interviews, filing of all employee information, and ensuring all HR and recruitment paperwork is in place.
  • Coordinate office organisation systems including Dropbox, email and Asana.
  • Aid in updating the employee policies and procedures as required from time to time.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, and organise and schedule appointments.
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Any other duties company management may from time to time deem necessary and reasonably require


  • Certificate in Business, Office Management or related field, preferred.

Required Knowledge & Skills:

  • 2+ years office administration experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
  • Strong communication both verbal and written.
  • Technology fluent with excellent computer literacy and experience using email and spreadsheets.

Job Type: Part-time – initial 6 month contract, progressing to permanent role after 6 month probationary period. 2.5 days per week, flexible schedule (can be 2.5 full days or 5 mornings).
